This role involves safely transporting, loading, and unloading items, as well as providing exceptional customer service during junk removal projects. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to ensure safe and compliant operations. Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other items using appropriate manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or box trucks
• Operate box trucks and junk trucks while adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws
• Assist customers with their moving or junk removal needs in a professional, friendly manner to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Follow safe lifting practices to prevent injuries during heavy lifting tasks and manual handling activities
• Load and unload items efficiently while maintaining organization and safety protocols throughout the process
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks and work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times
• Use mobile devices or GPS tools for route navigation, scheduling, and communication purposes

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license; driving experience is highly preferred
• Prior experience in moving, or delivery driving is advantageous
• Ability to operate box trucks or junk trucks confidently
• Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and material handling equipment operation (e.g., dollies, lifting straps etc.)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Experience in route driving, courier services, or mobile delivery is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including manual handling, load & unload activities, and heavy lifting throughout the workday
