Job Overview
The Pre-Dismantle Technician plays a critical role in the Jeep recycling workflow by preparing each vehicle before dismantling begins. This position ensures proper evaluation, depollution, interior preparation, documentation, and coordination with inventory personnel. The technician’s accuracy and attention to detail directly impact part quality, safety, and dismantle efficiency.

- Axle Inspection
- Depollution
- Top Removal
- Interior Prep and Removal
- Inventory Coordination
Experience
- Basic automotive mechanical knowledge (Jeep preferred).
- Ability to assess drivetrain, interior, and body condition.
- Safe use of lifts, hoists, and shop equipment.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Lift 50–75 lbs routinely.
- Stand, bend, kneel for extended periods.
- Work indoors/outdoors in variable conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
