Legend Junk Removal is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and customer-focused Lead Driver who is ready to take ownership of every job from start to finish.

This is much more than a driving or general labor position. It is a leadership, customer service, and sales role that also requires physical work. The strongest candidates will not only work hard alongside their team. They will also communicate confidently, earn customers’ trust, clearly explain our pricing and services, and help customers feel comfortable saying YES to getting the job done.

As a Lead Driver, you will lead a team of one or more team members through daily preparation, safely drive company trucks to job sites and disposal facilities, walk customers’ properties, assess their needs, provide accurate on-site pricing, and confidently sell our services.

Once the customer approves the job, you will lead your team in delivering exceptional service while completing the work efficiently, safely, and according to the approved scope—ensuring each job is accurately priced and profitable.

Our Lead Drivers are the face of Legend Junk Removal. You'll be responsible for protecting customers’ property, communicating clearly, keeping your team productive, and making sure every job site is left clean and the customer is completely satisfied.

You must also believe in our approach to responsible junk removal. Whenever possible, we donate, reuse, rehome, and recycle items before taking materials to the landfill.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare the truck, equipment, and crew for each workday
• Lead and work alongside a team of two or more employees
• Safely drive company trucks to job sites and disposal facilities
• Evaluate jobs, provide on-site pricing, explain our services, and earn the customer’s business
• Complete junk removal, cleanouts, property cleanups, and light-demolition projects
• Deliver exceptional service while completing jobs safely, efficiently, and profitably
• Collect payments and accurately document completed work
• Keep job sites, trucks, and equipment clean and organized
• Sort items for donation, reuse, recycling, and responsible disposal

Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
