EcoPurge Solutions is a growing local junk removal and property services company serving homeowners, real estate professionals, property managers, investors, and businesses throughout Northern Virginia.

We provide junk removal, property cleanouts, hauling, debris removal, moving assistance, property maintenance, and other property-related services.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Junk Removal & Property Services Crew Member who takes pride in doing quality work and providing excellent customer service.

This is a hands-on position with an opportunity to grow as EcoPurge continues to expand. The right person could eventually move into a Driver or Crew Lead position.

What You'll Do

• Remove and haul furniture, appliances, household items, debris, and other materials
• Complete residential and commercial property cleanouts
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist with estate, move-out, rental, and real estate property cleanouts
• Perform general property cleanup and light property-service tasks
• Separate items for disposal, recycling, donation, or reuse when appropriate
• Maintain clean trucks, equipment, and work areas
• Take before-and-after photos of completed jobs
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, real estate agents, and other clients
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
• Follow company safety procedures and protect customers' property
• Assist with other field-service projects as needed

We are more interested in reliability, attitude, and work ethic than previous junk-removal experience.

The ideal candidate:

• Shows up on time and ready to work
• Is dependable and takes responsibility
• Is comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Can safely lift and carry heavy furniture and other items
• Is comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Has a professional appearance and communicates well with customers
• Works well independently and as part of a crew
• Has reliable transportation to work
• Has a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Is comfortable driving work trucks or willing to learn
• Can follow directions and solve problems in the field
• Takes care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment

Previous experience in junk removal, moving, landscaping, construction, property maintenance, warehouse work, delivery, restoration, or similar hands-on work is helpful but not required.

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $20–$23/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

EcoPurge is growing, and we want employees who are interested in growing with us. Strong performers may have opportunities to advance into Driver, Crew Lead, and Field Supervisor positions with increased compensation and responsibility.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 35.0 per week
