Junk Removal & Moving Specialist

Junk Commandos – Tacoma, WA
$20–$25 per hour | Approximately 5–40 hours per week

Junk Commandos is a veteran-owned junk removal, moving and demolition company looking for a dependable crew member and driver.

Important: This position does not have guaranteed hours. Weekly hours may vary significantly based on workload—from approximately 5 hours during slower weeks to as many as 40 hours during busy weeks. Please do not apply if you require a guaranteed number of hours.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Able to meet the requirements of our commercial auto insurance
• Able to lift at least 75 pounds
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, lift and perform physical work for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
• Comfortable interacting professionally with customers
• Able to accept a variable weekly schedule

Preferred, but Not Required

• At least two years of experience working for a moving company
• Experience driving box trucks or truck-and-trailer combinations
• Active-duty military, veteran or veteran family member

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with variable hours now but would be interested in growing into a more consistent role as Junk Commandos continues to grow.
