General Laborer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a laborer to assist with the removal and disposal of unwanted items from residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with an unpredictable schedule but must also be dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities:

- Safely remove and load unwanted items from customer locations onto company vehicles.

- Transport items to disposal, recycling, or donation centers.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicles and equipment.

- Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service.

- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

- Must be able to handle a physically demanding job, including heavy lifting (up to 200 as a team).

- Comfortable with an unpredictable schedule; flexibility to work varying hours. Some weeks may be busy while other weeks may not have as many hours.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.

- Previous experience in junk removal, moving, or a similar field is a plus.

- Must be 18 years or older.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
