Full Time Roll-Off Driver

Upstream Recycling, LLC provides commercial waste and recycling solutions designed for construction sites, industrial facilities, and large‑scale operations. We combine hauling, diversion, and reporting into a streamlined process that keeps projects compliant, efficient, and moving.

Role Description

Upstream Recycling is seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Roll-Off Driver to join our team. This full‑time position operates Monday through Friday, with one Saturday per month as needed. The workday begins at 6:00 a.m. and continues until the assigned route is completed.

Starting pay is $21.00+ per hour, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and correctly operate a Commercial Roll-Off Truck in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform proper pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and complete all required DOT documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with transportation and facility procedures.
• Assist in swing‑position duties as needed, including operating forklifts, skid steers, or other equipment inside the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members to ensure efficient route completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Requirements & Contingencies

Candidates must meet all DOT and company hiring standards, including:

• Successful completion of a pre‑employment DOT drug screen.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse review with no disqualifying violations.
• Valid CDL license.
• Current Medical Card.
• Insurable driving record with no prior safety violations from previous employers.
• Agreement to participate in pre‑employment and, if applicable, ongoing drug testing.
• Refusal to submit to required testing results in ineligibility for hire.
• A confirmed positive test disqualifies the applicant from employment.
