We’re looking for a dependable CDL Vacuum Truck Operator to join our crew. If you like hands-on work, steady hours, and being part of a team that has your back, this might be a great fit.

This role is more than just driving—you’ll be trusted with equipment, supported by experienced teammates, and appreciated for doing work that actually matters.

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to learn (vacuum truck experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person)
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude

What you’ll do:

• Operate a vacuum truck safely and efficiently on job sites
• Perform routine inspections on the truck (DOT)
• Work with the crew to complete jobs cleanly, safely, and on time
• Follow safety procedures and site requirements (we take this seriously—but we also train and support you)
• Represent the company professionally with customers and coworkers

Operate heavy-duty vehicles including:

• Dump Trucks
• Hy-Vac Combo Trucks (Jetter Trucks)
• Hydro-Excavation Trucks
• Tanker Trucks
• Transport and handle non-hazardous waste materials safely and efficiently
• Perform physical labor associated with loading/unloading
• Work independently or as part of a field crew in dynamic environments

What You Need:

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Tanker Endorsement (Required)
• 3+ years’ experience operating tankers
• Proficient with manual transmissions (10–18 speed)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or holidays when needed
• Must be able to commute to Bristol, PA — relocation required prior to starting
