Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule orders using Google Sheets.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, vendors, and customers via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
- Monitor GPS data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve transportation planning.
- Manageorders, including data entry systems and maintaining accurate records of orders.
- Dispatch drivers efficiently by analyzing real-time data related to fleet management, logistics, and customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering solutions, and maintaining positive phone etiquette.
- Support freight management activities through analysis skills that improve transportation planning and overall logistics performance.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Quick Learner, Tech Savvy, ability to adapt on the fly.
- Proven experience with dispatching in a logistics or transportation environment; familiarity with systems such as Google Sheets/Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Knowledge of GPS technology to enhance route efficiency.
- Excellent analysis skills to support transportation management decisions; understanding of logistics.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
