Shane’s Stellar Junk Removal is one of Tucson’s fastest-growing junk removal companies, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Helper to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and remove furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, and heavy items
• Assist with garage cleanouts, rental cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and job site debris
• Help keep truck and trailer clean and organized
• Provide professional, friendly service to customers
• Occasionally assist with dumpster/bin deliveries

This is hands-on, physical work. You’ll be lifting, carrying, and working outdoors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic (this is non-negotiable)
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation
• Punctual and dependable
• Positive attitude with customers
• Ability to work efficiently in Arizona heat
• Construction or moving experience is a plus

Pay:

• $16–$22 per hour depending on experience
• Performance bonuses available
• Opportunity to grow as the company expands

Schedule:

• Part-time (1–4 days per week to start)
• Flexible scheduling
• Typical hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
