Commercial Driver's License Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to operate dump truck hauling and septic tank pumping services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting equipment and waste materials to and from job sites, ensuring efficient service delivery. This role requires a strong focus on safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate dump trucks or septic tank vacuum trucks for waste disposal in a safe and professional manner
• Transport septic waste or sand/stone and related materials to designated disposal sites following all safety protocols and traffic laws
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Assist with troubleshooting septic problems at job sites as needed
• Maintain accurate records of trips, loads, and service activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and address any issues during transportation or service delivery
• Follow all safety procedures related to septic tank pumping operations and non hazardous waste handling

Skills

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate tanker endorsements for operating trucks
• Proven experience operating dump trucks, preferably in septic tank pumping or similar waste management services
• Knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and inspection procedures
• Ability to handle physical tasks associated with septic tank pumping operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for recordkeeping and compliance documentation
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
• Commitment to safety standards and environmental regulations

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
