THE JOB

We're hiring a Roll-Off Driver to run dumpster delivery, swap, and removal routes out of our Colorado Springs yard. You'll operate a roll-off truck servicing construction, demolition, and commercial customers across our service area, including some mountain-route terrain, so comfort driving in varied conditions matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safely operate a roll-off truck on assigned routes: deliveries, swaps, dump-and-returns, relocates, and removals

- Complete pre-trip and post-trip DVIR inspections every shift

- Represent Earthwise professionally at every customer stop

- Document site issues, blocked access, and completed work (photos, notes) per company standards

- Maintain accurate load records and report any service exceptions same-day

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Safety Score consistently in the high 90s

- 100% DVIR compliance, pre- and post-trip

- Strong hauls-per-clocked-hour pace on your routes

- Clean call-per-haul compliance and customer-facing conduct

- Reliable attendance with overtime kept in check

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid Class B CDL

- Clean motor vehicle record

- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

- Prior roll-off or heavy-truck driving experience preferred but not required

SCHEDULE

Two shift options: 6:00 AM-1:00 PM (may run over) or 1:00 PM-8:00 PM, plus occasional Saturdays.

We review applications daily and move quickly on qualified candidates.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
