Wastewater Plant Manager

Busy D Pumping is looking for a dependable, hands-on Operations Manager who is mechanically inclined, comfortable managing people, and able to troubleshoot problems and get things done efficiently.

• Good mechanical skills and comfortable working with your hands
• Willingness to learn new things
• Able to adapt and handle problems as they come up
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Knowledge of pumps, pump operation, and basic pump repair (a plus, but not required)
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a wastewater/septic environment

Schedule - Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

Occasional weekend work may be required depending on operational needs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
