Position Summary
We are looking for a warehouse technician for our growing medical imaging company to work in our Baltimore warehouse location. The warehouse technician will be an essential part of the team and provide various kinds of support and services to clients, team members, and other stakeholders involved in the servicing, selling, and removal of medical imaging MR/CT parts and systems.
The warehouse technician will be primarily responsible for shipping and receiving parts from our warehouse. Additionally he/she will be responsible for overall warehouse organization and operations including processing of parts, assisting of system removals, inventory management, and supporting the operations director in daily tasks as needed. Willingness and ability to travel with team to assist with MR/CT system de-installations across the U.S.
Job Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, clean, label, and store)
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack,
- wrap, label, and ship)
- Breakdown and harvest and inventory parts from system equipment and sub-assemblies
- Travel with team and assist with de-installations of MR/CT systems across the U.S.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment by sweeping, mopping, trash removal
- Process scrap metal and deliver to recycling centers
- Operate material handling equipment to move product within the warehouse
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents through company security procedures and protocols
- Maintain and keep up to date online databases for inventory stock, repairs, etc.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Optimize warehouse space utilized
- Communicate and cooperate with team members
- Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Establish and maintain proper professional business relationships with customers, co-workers, vendors, as well as performing any needed administrative duties accurately
- Hours: 35-40 hours/week, possible OT required, Monday – Friday 9:30am-6:00pm, occasional weekend availability as needed
- Complete any other general tasks as necessary for the company and instructed by management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Previous imaging experience not required, we will train.
- Typical Physical Demand - ability to lift up to 75lbs (assistance available when lifting over 75 lbs)
- While performing duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift and pallet jack
- Ability to drive the company 26’ box truck
- Willingness to travel ~15 up to 50% of the time based on business needs
- Flexibility to work overtime as business needs dictate
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer and smartphone literacy, ability to use Microsoft or Google Office Suites
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Self-starter with strong customer service skills as well as strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Technical savvy - likes to build and take things apart, good with tools
- Previous imaging experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Veteran previous military experience
- English and Spanish bilingual
