Skilled Demolition Laborer

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial demolition projects safely and efficiently.
• Remove debris and load dumpsters, trucks, and trailers.
• Operate hand tools and power tools, including jackhammers, concrete saws, rotary hammers, and demolition equipment.
• Assist with selective interior demolition, concrete removal, and site cleanup.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Work alongside equipment operators and foremen to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Lift and carry construction materials weighing 50+ pounds.
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Construction or demolition experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Reliable transportation to our Wilmington, MA shop or various job sites in MA/NH/RI
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
