Job Description:

We are a trucking company seeking experienced and reliable CDL Class A drivers for dedicated sand hauling runs in Pennsylvania.

Job Details:

• Primary Commodity: Frac sand hauling
• Trailer Type: Hopper bottom (end dump) trailers
• Runs: Towanda, Pennyslvania
• Shift Length: 14-hour shifts (typical oilfield-style schedule – home time varies by workload)
• Home Time: Varies based on job sites, but drivers are generally home multiple nights per week

Compensation:

• Pay Structure: 30% of the gross load revenue (percentage-based pay – the harder you run, the more you make!)
• Pay Frequency: Paid weekly (direct deposit)
• Average experienced drivers gross $2,800 – $3,800+ per week (depending on freight volume and hustle)

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience
• Prior hopper bottom / pneumatic / sand hauling experience strongly preferred
• Ability to strap/secure loads and operate hopper traps safely
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation to and from yard/job sites
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed (oilfield hours)
