Job Details

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up portable toilets in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
• Service portable restrooms, hand wash stations, and other company equipment to the expectations that meet or exceed the company’s standards for service
• Complete assigned routes
• Conduct pre-trip/post trip vehicle inspections
• Must have physical health ability to push, tilt, and slide a plastic portable toilet
• Must be detail-oriented, hard-working, and a team player
• Service and clean units at customer sites using company equipment
• Maintain accurate service logs and delivery documentation
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are always met
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Follow all safety procedures and use provided PPE (gloves, sanitizers, etc.)
• Maintain and update drivers log sheets
• Professional interaction with internal and external customers
• Keeping truck clean and operating properly within driver’s ability
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertions, including
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays
• Good written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
• Waste industry experience, a plus
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must comply with all components of the DOT requirements for safe driving and compliance such as proper license class, medical card, and MVR requirements
• Must speak and understand English well enough to communicate, understand and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and safety training

Physical Demands / Environmental Factors

• Repetitive lifting, climbing, pushing, and pulling up to 40lbs
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Exposure to residential and commercial waste
• Possible exposure to high traffic conditions while outside of the vehicle
