Junk Removal Specialist

Pay: $17.50/hr and up.
Most team members earn $20–$25/hr with tips.

✅ What You’ll Do

You’ll work with a team completing multiple junk removal appointments each day, including:

• Removing furniture, clutter, and household junk
• Basement, garage, shed, and backyard cleanouts
• Light disassembly (beds, desks, shelves, etc.)
• Loading and organizing items in the truck
• Driving our trucks (21+ drivers only, Non-CDL)
• Visiting disposal sites and donation centers
• Delivering a friendly and professional customer experience

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Morning

Start time: 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM

Quick team huddle and job rundown

Throughout the Day

Multiple stops for residential and commercial jobs

Dump site visits

Donation drop-offs when possible

Wrap-Up

Finish time: 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Return to base, quick review, prep for the next day
