Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our crew as Junk Removal Crew member or lead technician. This is a hands-on, physical role for people who enjoy working with their hands, problem-solving on job sites, and being part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in getting the job done right.
You’ll work on a variety of projects including cleanouts, junk removal, and job-site labor. No two days are the same. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build real skills, stay active, and grow within a company that values effort and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assist with job-site junk removal, including taking down structures, property cleanouts, and removing debris to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Perform job-site cleanup, debris removal, and material organization
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist crew leaders and skilled operators with daily tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners on-site
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities to grow within the company
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team efficiency and job quality
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, carrying, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Comfortable working outdoors and in active job-site environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Not afraid to get dirty or work hard
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required
- Prior construction or labor experience is helpful, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Lead Technician - Starting at $23/hr (Up to $30/hr with tips + bonuses)
Crew member - Starting at $18 (Up to $25 / hr with tips + bonuses)
