V&J Junk Removal® are a junk removal company in colorado! Here at our Centennial location, we are looking to hire a strong team of General Labor Junk Removal Workers to join us!

The life of a junk removal expert:

• We are looking for motivated individuals who are energetic and eager to make a difference.
• Great attitude, strong customer service and people skills
• Able to lift 75lbs+ frequently/safely
• Comfortable with a very fast paced environment and get on the same page as everyone else.
• We hold ZERO tolerance to reliability. If you can't show for work dont bother applying. Reliable transportation and zero tardiness is what we expect.
• Drivers must be comfortable with selling and up-selling on site interacting with multiple new customers daily!
• Truck Operations such as Safety, Empathy, Communication, Teamwork are mandatory.
• No experience needed in "junk removal" you will be trained by us on on one, Just bring your A-Game and great personality!
• Great driving record is mandatory for driver position, no exceptions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time - Our schedules fluctuate daily..One day we can work till 7pm next day we may only be working till 2/3pm. You must be willing to be ready to come to work when necessary.

Pay- Combination of Hourly, Tips, Daily Bonus . No one currently averages less than $20/hour all combined, Several crew members hover around $30/hour.

• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Tips: split between crew

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Centennial 80112 - Reliably commute to truck site location every workday with no issues

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• On call situation required.
