The Job

You'll drive our trucks and tow 16ft dump trailers to job sites across Tampa Bay, but this isn't a sit-down driving job. You must be able to back up a truck and trailer comfortably to apply for this position. Once you're on site, you're out, you're loading, and you're lifting a weight off someone's shoulders. The garage that's been bothering them for three years. The estate they have to handle after losing a parent. The house they can finally list. By the time you pull away, the driveway is clean, the customer is genuinely relieved, and the time they're reaching for their phone to tip and leave a review.

Early mornings. Late days when the job demands it. You'll work alongside the crew — this is not a "drive and wait in the truck" position. Driving, lifting, problem-solving, and a whole lot of sweat. You're moving, working, and making someone's day — every single job, no two the same.

Junk removal is a wide variety of jobs. No two days are alike. Our projects range from lifting and loading furniture and household items to light demolition (safely tearing down sheds), clearing overgrown vegetation, and even raking leaves. If you enjoy variety, working outdoors, and seeing the results of your hard work at the end of the day, you'll fit right in.

Schedule & Reliability

Our average shift is approximately 10 hours. Early morning start times are required, as our drivers often begin the day with disposal runs to landfills and transfer stations before heading to the first job. Applicants must also be flexible to work until the day's projects are complete, which means shifts will frequently extend past 5:00 PM.

What You'll Do

• Drive company trucks and tow 16ft dump trailers with 6ft sidewalls
• Navigate residential neighborhoods, tight driveways, and commercial sites with a trailer
• Load debris, junk, furniture, construction materials — whatever the job calls for
• Make dump runs to transfer stations and landfills
• Operate hand tools, dollies, and equipment on site
• Keep the truck and trailer maintained and road-ready
• Show up on time, every time. No excuses.

What We Need From You

• Valid Florida driver's license — clean record, no exceptions
• Experience towing trailers (dump trailers, utility trailers, boat trailers — something)
• Can back a trailer into a tight spot without taking out a mailbox
• Physically fit — you're lifting heavy things all day in the Florida sun
• Reliable. If you no-call no-show once, you're done.
• No CDL required, but you need to be comfortable driving a full-size truck with a loaded trailer in traffic
• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly — this isn't a desk job
