Queen City Hauling is a locally owned junk removal company serving Charlotte and surrounding areas. We are a growing, professional operation focused on customer service, efficiency, and teamwork.
We are hiring a dependable full-time driver for our weekday crew.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- One Saturday per month required as part of rotating team schedule
- Approximately 8–10 hour days
This is a long-term, full-time position.
What You’ll Do
- Safely drive our pickup truck and trailer to residential and commercial job sites
- Load and unload furniture, appliances, debris, and heavy items
- Lead a helper on job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and safely
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced outdoor job.
Requirements
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass standard background check
- Experience with towing a trailer
- Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to our South Charlotte location
- Professional appearance and attitude

Reliability Standard
We depend on our team to show up ready to work. No call/no show or repeated last-minute call-outs will result in termination.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
