Junk Removal crewmember

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Junk Removal Crewmember to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely removing unwanted debris, furniture, and other materials from residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Responsibilities

• Load and unload various types of debris, furniture, appliances, and construction materials using manual labor and appropriate equipment
• Safely maneuver trucks and equipment in diverse environments while adhering to all safety protocols
• Conduct routine inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily removal tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during pickups or drop-offs.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks requiring manual strength while following ergonomic safety practices.
• Support the team in loading and unloading materials on flatbed or other specialized trucks as needed.

Requirement

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to waste disposal.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward task completion.
• Basic understanding of environmental regulations concerning waste management is advantageous. Pay: $17.00 - $29.93 per hour
