We're looking for energetic Truck Team Members who enjoy being physically active, love meeting new people, and thrive on getting things done.

A Day in the Life:

• Drive: You’ll cruise in our sleek 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks, providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Lift & Load: Remove unwanted items (big and small) from customer properties and load them into the truck.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, leaving every customer with a smile.
• Sales & Negotiation: Assess and quote for junk removal (we provide training and easy-to-understand pricing sheets).
• Recycle & Donate: Help keep items out of landfills by recycling and donating items wherever possible.
• Time Management: Manage your day like you're running your own business—smart, efficient, and on-point!

What You Bring:

• 21+ years old (for commercial insurance eligibility)
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years)
• A great attitude and a goal-driven mindset
• Comfort with lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
