Duties

• Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Deliver goods to various locations, including warehouses, distribution centers, and customer sites, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Handle a variety of freight types, including flatbed loads, specialized equipment like dump trucks or roll-off trucks.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records for compliance and reporting purposes.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL Class A license.
• Familiarity with manual transmission operation for commercial vehicles.
• Experience driving different types of trucks such as flatbeds , tankers, dump trucks.
• Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures including load & unload operations.
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools.
• Skilled in operating auxiliary equipment like forklifts when required for loading or unloading freight.

Pay: $700.00 - $2,000.00 per week
