CDL Septic Pump Truck Driver / Technician

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a CDL Septic Service Technician / Pump Truck Driver. This position involves driving and operating a septic pump truck, servicing residential and commercial septic systems, and assisting with septic repairs as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $25.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Tanker Endorsement required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Prior septic or wastewater industry experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

This is not a driving-only position. Employees should be prepared to:

• Work outside the vehicle on a daily basis
• Drag and handle large pumping hoses
• Lift and move equipment safely
• Perform occasional digging
• Carry out physical tasks while following safe work practices

Responsibilities

• Follow daily routes using company-provided GPS and dispatch information
• Safely drive and operate septic pump trucks
• Back and maneuver trucks into residential and commercial properties
• Pump, clean, and service septic tanks and holding tanks
• Inspect systems and identify maintenance or repair needs
• Assist with septic system repairs and installations as needed
• Complete job tickets and service documentation accurately
• Collect customer payments when required
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with customers
• Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
