Aggregate Dump Truck Driver - Simple 16

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our Aggregate team- Simple 16’s (dump truck). The ideal candidate will possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and have experience in safely transporting construction materials- rock, sand, dirt, etc.. Aggregate truck drivers move product from aggregate yards to customers locations. This role involves operating various commercial vehicles, adhering to safety regulations, and ensuring timely delivery to job sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Operate commercial vehicles, including dump trucks and volumetric trucks, to transport construction materials to and from job sites.

Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with DOT regulations.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of departure, time of arrival, and any issues encountered during transport.

Follow all safety protocols and company policies, including wearing appropriate PPE and adhering to traffic laws.

Communicate effectively with the construction team, site managers, and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues.

**Requirements:**

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A/B .

Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past [3] years.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols related to commercial driving and construction sites.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.

Excellent verbal communication skills for effective coordination with team members and lients.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and participate in random testing throughout employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
